Details: On November 14th, 2018, 32-year-old John Rice left his family’s home in Longmont, CO. He said he got a call from God to leave home. In September of 2019 John was contacted by law enforcement in Pooler, Georgia, a suburb of Savannah. This is the last known contact with him. John was known to travel extensively across the United States but had always returned home. After the family had not had contact with John for almost two years, in 2020 John’s sister reported him missing to the Weld County Sheriff’s Office. Hospitals, law enforcement agencies, and homeless shelters in Colorado and Georgia were sent flyers stating John was missing. In September 2022 John’s passport was found in a stolen vehicle recovered by the Denver Police but no other leads for locating him have been found. John is listed as a missing person in CCIC/NCIC and NAMUS (MP26982).
